Day 11

25/08/2012 11:34

been a bit lazy... but sleeping fine. I don't feel any difference, and I'm still smoking at the same pace. Bah :-/

Day 7

24/08/2012 17:34

It was tough today, as expected! This was a milestone day: it was the last time I took only 2 0.5 pills. They say the craving will stop from tomorrow onwards! curious to see :-)

Day 6

23/08/2012 10:33

Nothing more to add, apart from going out for drinks and drinking more than I should. It's gonna be tough tomorrow...

Day 5

22/08/2012 21:10

This time was much better! Had a full night sleep, and smoked one cigarrette less!! I popped the pills at 17h30, and apparently that makes a world of difference ;=)

Day 4

21/08/2012 21:49

It happened... first (practically) sleepless night. I took two pills this time for the first time, and I did it at 19h. So my advice is: take them at 17h max! Crazy dream again, but not as crazy as the previous ones. Craving still there, is this actually going to work?... :-/

Day 3

20/08/2012 23:05

Had some crazy dreams last night... but apart from that, nothing changed. A colleague told me that he also quit using Champix, but one of the side effects (depression) started to appear, so he had to stop taking pills. Scary!

Day 2

19/08/2012 08:07

Popped the second magic pill. I don't feel anything out of the ordinary, so I'm starting to wonder whether this actually works. The craving is still there.

Day 1

18/08/2012 17:30

I went to the pharmacy and bought the stuff. After a sunny day at the swimming pool, I gained courage to say: this is it! in 15 days I won't smoke anymore! So after two cigarrettes, I took my first Champix pill (0.5mg). At this stage, I'm supposed to take only one pill a day. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, it's just a tiny pill :-)
